Kristin has over eight years experience acting for national insurers, underwriters, and claims management companies. Prior to managing her own file load, and whilst completing her legal studies, she worked in a support staff role in the motor insurance field.
Kristin now works exclusively for insurers and self-insured corporations and manages a high-volume portfolio acting in both subrogated recovery and defended motor vehicle claims, property damage actions and consumer law disputes within the Victorian, Queensland, Tasmanian, New South Wales, Western Australian and South Australian jurisdictions.
Kristin takes particular interest in credit hire and credit repair claims. She works closely with clients to provide strategic advice and training and is favoured for her friendly yet firm approach to supporting client’s strategies across various litigation disputes.
