Elyse works across numerous jurisdictions with a particular focus on Victoria (Magistrates’ and County Courts), South Australia and Western Australia. She delights in her advocacy work and appearing in court (both in person and remotely).
Elyse represents a number of our insurer clients in matters involving heavy motor, credit hire and complex motor claims. Elyse regularly provides training to her clients and is always available for them. Her friendly and approachable personality is something she prides herself on, but this doesn’t stop her from strongly advocating for her clients to obtain the best possible outcome.
Elyse also leads a team of lawyers and law clerks who she is passionate about supporting in the early stages of their careers.
