Doran has been at the forefront of credit hire car and repair litigation throughout Australia and works closely with his clients in developing new strategies in this increasingly complex field. He regularly provides training for clients to assist them in implementing internal procedures to reduce their financial exposure.

I have a deep understanding of each jurisdiction and often draw on that to bring arguments across to other jurisdictions where an idea can be applied in a different context. When working on a complex claim, I often like to set out the challenges we need to overcome and make sure I’m aware of what position we’re in, what we can control and what work still needs to be done to ensure our client’s best position is put forward.
