The role

Due to significant growth, Ligeti Partners is seeking a legal secretary with 1-2 years’ experience to join our commercial and residential property team. The role is broad with some specific tasks being: 

  • Preparing court documents, briefs, and general correspondence
  • Digital dictation
  • File management
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Diary management
  • General administration including billing
  • Filing and general office / administration tasks
  • Opening New Files
  • Letter of Demands
  • Company & Business searches

This role reports directly to the Head of the Property and Indemnity team.

  • Intermediate to advance Microsoft office skills
  • Superior written and verbal skills
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • A typing speed of at least 65 wpm with high accuracy
