Laura is an insurance litigation lawyer and a Senior Associate at Ligeti Partners. She represents her clients in all aspects of litigation across a number of jurisdictions including Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.
Laura works in the Motor Vehicle Recovery & Defence team, handling both recovery and defended proceedings, credit hire claims, recovery agent matters, indemnity disputes, claims involving issues of fraud, inevitable accident claims and Insurance Contracts Act claims.
Laura prides herself on providing high quality and cost-effective advice to her clients and through doing so has built long-term relationships with her clients.
