Olivia is an experienced litigation lawyer and insurance specialist working across the Property, Heavy Motor, Plant & Equipment, and Marine teams at Ligeti Partners.
She regularly represents insurers and their policyholders in general liability and indemnity disputes and advises on policy response and coverage issues.
Olivia takes instructions on claims spanning all Australian jurisdictions, including in the Federal Court of Australia.
Prior to joining Ligeti Partners, Olivia gained experience working in the Public Sector team of a Big 6 Australian law firm, and across prestigious insurance defence law firms in Sydney.
