Sam has experience in property damage litigation across all States, with a primary focus on Victoria and New South Wales. Sam litigates both recovery and settlement matters, defends recovery agent / credit hire claims and has a particular interest in complex disputes resulting from motor vehicle collisions including indemnity disputes, matters relating to the Insurance Contracts Act, contractual disputes, and inevitable accident claims.
Sam is passionate about building relationships with clients. He regularly provides training for clients to assist them in implementing internal procedures and identifying strategies to reduce their exposure on claims and identifying opportunities to maximise recoveries, as well as savings on settlement claims.
Sam also leads a team of junior lawyers, helping them achieve their personal and career goals and to best place them and the firm in obtaining favourable outcomes for some of Australia’s largest insurers. He takes great pride in building career paths for his colleagues.
