Virginia is a litigation lawyer in our property damage litigation team. Before joining Ligeti Partners, Virginia also worked in other areas of the law including in the property, planning and construction fields.
Virginia has a particular focus on areas of property damage litigation involving motor vehicles, whether it be standard vehicles, motorcycles, vintage or luxury cars, heavy haulage vehicles or bicycles. Within this field Virginia has various skills including in contract law, consumer law, bailment, common law negligence and the interpretation and application of insurance policies.
