Liability Defence

Overview

Our team of liability lawyers act for insurers in the defence of liability claims brought against their insureds. We have national experience in liability work and handle these claims in all Australian jurisdictions.

We are also instructed by Victorian municipal authorities in relation to the defence of public liability claims brought against Council.

In addition, we act for a number of general insurers in relation to these claims. Our experience in acting with general and commercial insurers, and our pragmatic approach to the resolution and/or defence of these claims, allows us to achieve excellent results for our clients.
